The Library is proud to feature art created by members of our community.

The Library’s Labryinth, located outside the Flora Community Room, is the work of Stephen Shibley. More information on this artist and his work can be found on his site Fertile Ground.

This page is in the process of being updated to include the names and Web sites of other artists whose work is featured in the library, such as Nina Bradford and Nolene Triska.

The floral mosaic motif on the Estacada Public Library’s Web site was inspired by the work of Mimi Near.

Near, an Estacada native, created ten glass mosaic inlays that are installed in the library’s entryway and in the hallway leading to the Flora Community Room. These colorful mosaics have come to be identified with the library and represent flowers native to Oregon and the Pacific Northwest.

More examples of Mimi Near’s mosaic artistry can be seen around the City of Estacada and also at The Spiral Gallery in Estacada.
